Once again, harmless citizen facing a “good service” provided by police in Johor Baru. In this case is a young couple, the male was wounded and the female was gang raped in front her boyfriend. I said they are cold blood being and barbarian. What’s wrong to our country? What’s wrong to the police there? What’s wrong the society there? Should we carry a gun on the road all the times like America?

I feel very annoying when I read this news from mainstream newspaper online this morning (local time). However, the news in Chinese daily is far more details than the news in English daily. You can’t read victims and family complaint about the police in English daily but Chinese daily.

Trio rape girl after car chase

JOHOR BARU: A 19-year-old girl was raped by three men as her 22-year-old boyfriend could only watch helplessly, after he had been slashed twice.

The victims were abducted by four men after a brief car chase and taken to a secluded area in Taman Tampoi Indah where the girl was raped.

（新山訊）見義勇為對女受害人施予援手的林先生及友人目睹阿利與女友的遭遇，立即報警，不過卻一而再，再而三被指示到其他警局報警。林先生說，他們先致電拉慶警局，拉慶警局要他們打到淡杯警局；當他們到淡杯警局，淡杯警局又要他們打到新山中央警署；新山中央警署才接受報案。

林先生追述說，週二晚上11時許，他與4名朋友共車，原本要從新山前往大學城。途經金馬揚廣場對面的巴士站時，發現艾斯特在路邊求救，於是下車相助。他說，艾斯特當時不斷哭泣。他們瞭解情況後，其中2人留在巴士站撥電報警，另外3人則跟著艾斯特進入叢林，將奄奄一息的阿利抬出來。他表示，由於傷勢嚴重，阿利被抬出叢林時，地上留下斑斑血跡。

發現2警車取締違規

他說，他們致電警局報案被一拖再拖；等了半小時後，眼見艾斯特和阿利的情況越來越不妙，他於是立即安排3個朋友陪同艾斯特和阿利到中央醫院去。他表示，由於車位不夠，另一友人搭德士到中央醫院。他說，車子從前述巴士站來到國光一校前，準備回轉往新山時，他發現這裏竟有2輛警車在取締違規與超速車輛。

他說：“就只是金馬揚到皇后這麼短的距離，警察為甚麼不來幫忙我們？”

4匪截车劫殴情侣　轮奸女郎

（新山12日讯）截车打抢、掳人及殴打男事主还不够，4名丧心病狂的匪徒，还轮奸了女事主，令一对华裔情侣心灵留下永恒的创伤。

阿宝在中央医院向媒体指出，当时，他们马上察看阿利的伤势，并向Esther了解情况，由于担心会影响阿利的伤势，他们并没有马上把他送往医院，而是选择先行向警方报案。

无论如何，他们尝试致电予拉庆、淡杯及新山南区警署，并向他们讲解案情的经过，惟约45分钟后，警方都未能派出警员前来调查。

另一方面，当接获Esther的求助电话后，阿利的哥哥阿德已致电回家，向父母亲报告此事，并要求2人报案。

他在寻找弟弟与女友的行踪时，在靠近柏岭的收费站，也曾遇到一辆巡逻的警车，他向警车内的3名警员求助，希望警员利用他们的网络，尽速寻找到弟弟与女友的下落。

惟对方却似乎不大热衷寻找2人的下落，之后即离开，也不知是否有追查两人的下落。 在把2人送到医院后，由于警方人员并未抵达医院进行调查，院方也仅能协助阿利敷伤口，并不能进行手术，及为Esther进行检验。

Esther续称，警方是在凌晨3时许，才到医院为他俩录取口供，之后即匆匆离开；她也是等到早上7时许，才得以进行检验，并在之后才服药物。 她认为警方的行动缓慢，倘若她与男友的伤势严重，等到警方前来调查之前，还未给予治疗，后果堪虞。

What we can do? Don’t go out after 10pm in Johor Baru according to the Johor Baru (south) OCPD ACP suggestion? What a good way to protect our safety!?

We MUST remember very hard what number we should call or what police territory we are in now when we need help during emergency? I doubt any one here can has that clear thinking mind when an incident happen! Then, what for we have the emergency number like 999 or 994?

What does this mean? What message we want to send to the World and the investors about Johor Baru? I really feel very annoying and feel sorry to that young couple. Whose fault? Don’t tell me is harmless citizen! Really, really so disappointed to our Police. Pay raised ( I support that) but the service? Who we can reliable on?
